Westerns Laundry is the latest opening from chef David Gingell and manager Jérémie Cometto-Lingenheim. Tucked away in Drayton Park, the site's former role as the launderette for nearby Pentonville Prison explains the semi-industrial feel. The British menu places an emphasis on seafood; oysters, sweet scallops served in their shells and whole plaice with fennel, orange and dill. Save some space for the lemon ice cream, my highlight.
