This is a recipe you will return to again and again over the summer. It is essential that you freeze the bananas as this gives the milkshake its silky, creamy texture and enhances the fruit's natural sweetness. For 2 shakes:
2 frozen bananas
2 glasses of almond milk
Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender, serve and slurp indulgently.
