The London Literature Festival is back at the Southbank Centre for another fortnight of delights. This year's theme, Living in Future Times explores the realm of science fiction. Highlights include Margaret Atwood discussing her new book Hag-Seed, a modern take on The Tempest and Michel Faber discussing Living in the Future and Longing for the Past. Faber's philosophical exploration of love and faith will be looked at in relation to his latest novel, along with a series of poetry inspired by the loss of his wife to terminal illness. Afterwards head to The Drawing Room, an intimate cocktail bar run by Benugo at the BFI Southbank. The door is hidden behind a bookcase and the space is like a private library.
