London-based rug designer Luke Irwin produces exquisitely crafted handmade rugs, many of which are inspired by plants and flowers. This international rug company was founded over a decade ago, when Irwin was sitting next to a 12-year-old Tibetan boy whose father was a master weaver in Kathmandu. Irwin followed the weaver and gradually became absorbed in studying this craft. Amongst Irwin’s vast array of rugs is the Ikat collection. Ikat 21 brings a room to life with oversized patterns and brilliant colours. Hand knotted and available to order in any size and choice of colour.
